docs(think): multi-chat guide and refresh Think design docs - #2409

Add docs/think/multi-chat.md, based on examples/assistant. Refresh design/think.md, think-vs-aichat.md, chat-shared-layer.md and chat-improvements.md against current main. Agreed. The cloudflare-docs port (src/content/docs/agents/) will be a separate PR in cloudflare/cloudflare-docs once this one is merged.
- docs/think/index.md: Think has no onChatMessage; AIChatAgent stores in Sessions; search is per conversation; current compatibility_date - multi-chat guide: say up front that reference-app chats are facets, and drop the hedging about the topology - think-vs-aichat: only workspace file and Bash tools are on by default - sub-agent-routing: WebSocket frames go through the root parent - sessions, chat-api, think-roadmap: point at current docs and fix a broken anchor - think.ts header and assistant persona: one conversation per instance, extensions are per chat Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Documentation only. Part of wrapping up the Project Think roadmap (#1439).
What changed:
docs/think/multi-chat.md: one Think child per conversation under a parent directory. Covers creating, listing and deleting chats, client routing, the shared workspace and MCP boundary, what stays per chat, and known limits. Based onexamples/assistant. Linked fromdocs/think/index.md.design/think.md: rewritten to describe current main (composition with Sessions, Streams and Tasks, the turn pipeline, persistence, recovery, wire protocol, tools and tables).design/think-vs-aichat.md: comparison tables and examples corrected against current APIs.design/chat-shared-layer.md: module list, sanitize/row-size section, protocol notes, tradeoffs and history brought up to date (React hook hoist, Sessions and Streams replatform, Tasks-based recovery).design/chat-improvements.md: rewritten as a short status record of what shipped and what did not.design/AGENTS.md: contents table refreshed, and the row for the deletedthink-sessions.mdremoved.design/README.md: workspace link fixed.No changeset needed.
