docs(x402): deprecate x402 integration

Why

Cloudflare Monetization Gateway moves payment enforcement outside application code, so new Agents projects should not be guided toward handling payments inside their Worker.

What

• Deprecate and feature-freeze agents/x402 while preserving existing behaviour.
• Add IDE and runtime guidance pointing users to Monetization Gateway.
• Remove x402 examples and playground promotion to avoid recommending origin-side payment handling.
