在现有筛选菜单中增加默认排序、名称排序和优先级排序。名称按当前语言升序，优先级从紧急到无；切回默认可恢复原有排列。排序只影响当前视图，不保存任务顺序或优先级。非默认排序下，同列拖动不改写默认顺序，跨列仍使用现有状态移动。
对应 LOCAL-427 最新要求。已审核 #372，但其优先级分组、拖拽分组及卡片视觉方向与用户最新要求不同，因此本 PR 仅实现排序菜单；保留 #372 与贡献者历史。
验证：独立数据服务与 Codex 内置浏览器中确认名称/优先级/默认恢复，同列拖动未写入任务版本与顺序，跨列状态移动成功；npm run typecheck、npm run build:web、git diff --check 通过；Agent review 通过。未新增测试或持久化。
