It corresponds to the space highlighted in blue.
I don't know how it's handled now, but the form field is capped at 1 while we can move the labels freely using the handle outside of the form.

its because the max should be 1. The bug is that the step is .1 by .1, not 1 by 1

This fields seems to be in pixels so we should remove the cap (even allow for negative value maybe ?)

But I think for proper display, with nmrium file sharing. This kind of offset should be stored in percentage (relative) instead pixels (absolute).
Also I wonder if drag-n-drop if peaks label should save per-spectra the offset in the view of the state.

I don't think allow negatives values is good, we will be able to hide the element ...
Let's open new issues to discuss about the enhancement of the features ?
