Adds Nora to the Application repositories section.
Nora is a self-hosted control plane for deploying, monitoring, and operating OpenClaw and Hermes AI agents. Its current application chart is publicly available from GHCR as oci://ghcr.io/solomon2773/nora at version 0.6.0.
I verified that the chart can be pulled anonymously, passes helm lint when configured with an existing Secret, and renders its Kubernetes resources. The list entry follows the one-link, concise-description format in CONTRIBUTING.md.
