foo_ui_hacks.dll: in new fb2k does not work "Enable MRU filter list"

Hello!
This issue occurs at least in fb2k v1.4.5 and foo_ui_hacks.dll (2013.02.19).

If enable "Enable MRU filter list" in preferences, No more button available in GUI, in Album List, right to filter edit box. With this button it was possible to add, delete search strings.

Could you please fix it?
