Ability to increase test.expect

It would be great to be able to increase test.expect as tests run, so dynamically loaded testing gets easier.

Its possible to make multiple calls to test.expect within a test, the most recent call is the number that will be used to check the number of assertions at the end of the test.

Unfortunately there is no way to just increase the expected number of assertions, only to set it to a new number. This requires you to keep track of the number of expected assertions yourself.
