Unpin @expo/plist and update it (post-merge follow-up to pnpm migration) #383

Context

As part of the pnpm migration (#381), @expo/plist was pinned to an exact 0.4.7 in packages/host/package.json, because 0.4.9 made plist.parse() return a null-prototype object, which broke the strict assert.deepEqual in packages/host/src/node/cli/apple.test.ts.

Resolution

Resolved in ff237c0: the pin was removed and packages/host/package.json now declares "@expo/plist": "^0.10.1".
