timestamps link to the wrong page on youtube

Describe the bug
I just finished taking notes on this one video - but all the links go to a youtube channel i had previously visited.
I'm not sure why it did not link the right video. None of the links take me to the actual video/timestamp.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
N/A because I'm not sure why/how this happened ;-; sorry if I'm not explaining this so well..

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
YiNote would have taken the title of the video i was watching and taking notes on.
When I click on the timestamps, it should then take me to that specific time.

@sonderyonder This issue has been fixed in the YiNote version 1.8.1 (released in chrome web store).

For older versions, you can add youtube domain to the extension options page to force page reload when video context changes in page.
