Does API exist in Sync (not Connect)

I have Sync "Home Pro" (we use Connect at work...) and am trying to use the API. I posted this years ago but got no response:

@joaquin102 Sadly, no. Resilio Sync was such an enigma- such an amazing product but so thoroughly abandoned. I understand the business model wasn't supporting any further development (they focus on Rsl Connect now) but it's still a shame to let it die on the vine like that.

I switched to Syncthing, which has been working well and is still actively developed. I really miss having a mobile app though!
