refactor(sdk)!: Remove deprecated tool APIs

• Remove project.tools.create(), which defined tools in Braintrust, and support for referencing saved tools from prompts.
• Prompts now accept only inline provider tool definitions:

    // Define tools inline instead of referencing saved Braintrust tools.

• Remove "tool" from the SDK’s supported function types.
