- Fork of Zoo Code rebranded as Bolt Code: marketplace identity `bolt-builder.bolt-code`, updated user-facing strings, icons, and provenance (Roo Code to Zoo Code to Bolt Code, Apache-2.0).
- Telemetry is now opt-in and off by default; dismissing the first-run banner records an explicit decline.
- Release/CI hygiene for the fork: nightly pre-release is manual-only, Zoo-internal automation removed, and `PUBLISHING.md` documents the publisher setup.
