[iOS/macOS] uploadFiles() support URLs with file:// schema as valid path values #141

It looks like uploadFiles() currently fails to read files if specified by URL with file:// schema, rather than just a path (with the file:// schema stripped away). It is inconvenient and confusing in some situations, as at least some other functions (e.g. exists()) work just fine with file:// scoped URLs.
