【微信支付】删除了一个通过 try-with-resources从P12证书获取inputstream的方法，该方法返回的流已经closed，导致p12证书无法被读取。改成直接通过try-with-resources读取，另外读取P12的时候没有赋值给对应的certSerialNo，总共两个地方
