Replace the manually assembled dashboard with React Router Framework Mode and Vite. Page modules share session and sidebar layouts, sidebar navigation supports URLs and browser history, and TanStack Query preserves feedback while filters load and mutations refresh in the background.
Keep Hono as the API and standalone service. Production publication now archives and verifies dashboard route chunks, CSS, and fonts alongside the toolbar assets, retains the active release during cutover, and rejects mismatched asset versions. No database schema changes are required.
Independent T3 review approved the complete diff at
f4a20ae4957b51481e37d17adee2132990b67cc2. Both cache findings are resolved: work runs retain chronological order and partial list summaries cannot replace full conversation detail. The final review also confirms the mobile fixes from current main are preserved. No blocking findings remain.
