Had used a lot of the project. Migrate to the new Net Core project structure. Remove the all outdated projects except that are actual to .NetCore. Hope it helps to issue 1.9.0 release. I proposed to gave the nuget package name "BouncyCastle.Netstandard" 1.9.0. I think to do so at X-mass date 25.12.2018. Absence of comments and objections for last weeks I am considering as credits to do so.
