Finish remaining TODOs for redesign of person detail screen #156

finish this task #104
see sketch for how the endproduct should look: https://www.sketch.com/s/6023b9d5-7942-4477-8970-facb0651c7f4

the following todos (and maybe more) are remaining:

• We currently support any number of postal addresses. Find out if we want to limit that to two, as the sketch suggests.
• The "Kontakt daten" is also quite different from the sketch
• Border color is currently gray-20, should be gray-10
• top border width is 1px, should be 2px
• tab header is shifted up when active, should stay in position
