feat(feishu): 完善卡片交互与会话同步

Summary

• add fine-grained Feishu notification-card controls and live WebSocket connection status
• preserve integration settings across unbind/rebind and lazily create cards for recovered sessions
• improve shell pagination, mobile controls, AI anchor conversion, Codex rollout streaming, and request_user_input forms
• coalesce CardKit body updates so typing drafts are not cleared by stale patches
