Description
This PR is a reduced version of #86.
It includes only changes needed for Parser-JS v2 to be released: Fixes on models required for supporting AsyncAPI Spec v2.
In that way, Parser-JS V2 can stick with this version of the Parser-API and v3 changes will be released as minor later on.
I'm creating this PR so we can speed up a bit on this.
