This PR adds the new global (Intent-driven) API for all Parser implementations both @jonaslagoni and I have been working on. There is not implementation yet.
This is the outcome of asyncapi-archived-repos/shape-up-process#90.
You can check all the iterations we did at asyncapi/parser-js#263, which was first created on Parser-js repo but finally moved, for convenience, into this new repository.
There is a mock implementation on the parser-js we used for validating the API and can be found at asyncapi/parser-js#270.
