Deploy docs, compose and tunnel comments now use placeholders for the host, key, tunnel and account instead of real names and addresses, and describe the shared network and VPN neutrally. Workflow comments name the dispatcher by role, and a changelog entry drops a VPN exit address.

The proxy-settings template and its checked-in output use matching comment text, and workflow execution settings remain unchanged.

The deploy runbooks and the compose, tunnel and env comments now use placeholders for the host, SSH key, tunnel and account instead of real names and addresses, and they describe the shared network and VPN in neutral terms. Workflow comments refer to the dispatcher by its role, and one changelog entry no longer prints a VPN exit address. Only comments and docs change; tests and the generated settings check pass.
