README still says GitHub writes need proof, although the scoped Lab credential has since completed PR100 and published v0.1.24. Update that observation and the qualification record to distinguish this operator-driven delivery from the still-held native AgentOps/worker pilot. GitHub-token revocation and direct-main/workflow write refusal remain explicitly untested.
Validation: independently reviewed with Opus5.5High/Fast off; the requested qualification limits were restored before final ACCEPT.
