Foundation made Notion's access boundary explicit but left reuse of forge credentials ambiguous. This export requires each connection's targets, operations, OS credential holder, storage, expiry/revocation and actual allowed/refused checks. The GitHub reference now covers selected-repository access, inherited credentials, delivery protections and limits of native App integrations. The owning Notion source was updated first.

Validation: 9 skills / 0 checker errors; 16 unit tests passed; diff checks passed. Independent Opus 5.5 High review exercised three synthetic scope decisions, requested corrections and accepted the repaired method and final export. This is source review, not a live worker test.

The README and qualification record distinguish the actual Notion/GitHub read/refusal checks, Skills API export and T3 v0.1.2 lead discovery from the held preflight and still-unqualified credential/worker/pilot path. Earlier observations retain their dates. Publication uses the new Lab's repository-scoped GitHub login as a real allowed write check; it does not complete the T3 multi-agent pilot or release unattended backlog work.

Related: #32, #34. Follows the completed repo transition in #98. The source update can ship independently of those live qualification holds; consumers retain their selected installations until a deliberate cutover.
