[BUG] wrong keymap in RetroArch

In main menu (EmulationStation) all ok, and any emulations. But in RetroArch many keys is wrong. Start is Down, Select is Up, FN is Left, Up is Start, etc. YXBA and directions of left stick is correct.
Autoconfigure retroarch hotkeys is enabled, controller mapping trying change.

My usual fix involved an edit to the dtb file, but applying it now causes the controls to be wrong in the main interface (I didn't get far enough to see if they're correct in the emulator yet)

I've investigated a little further (limited time, so I haven't been as thorough as I'd prefer) - it looks like commit bd6fb8d, which adds a definition for the Soysauce GO-Super Gamepad SDL mapping to gamecontrollerdb.txt, didn't make it into the release build, because the relevant line 1900bb3e000000000011000000010000,GO-Super Gamepad,platform:Linux,a:b1,b:b0,dpdown:b14,dpleft:b15,+lefty:+a1,-leftx:-a0,+leftx:+a0,-lefty:-a1,leftshoulder:b4,leftstick:b11,lefttrigger:b6,dpright:b16,+righty:+a3,-rightx:-a2,+rightx:+a2,-righty:-a3,rightshoulder:b5,rightstick:b12,righttrigger:b7,back:b8,start:b9,dpup:b13,x:b2,y:b3, is missing on my freshly flashed SD card. My guess is that a similar change for retroarch may have also been left out of the release build (I haven't found it yet, but I'm sharing what I've found so far since it might be a while before I can get back to the search again).

Yes, there is no such line in these /usr/config/SDL-GameControllerDB/gamecontrollerdb.txt /storage/.config/ppsspp/assets/gamecontrollerdb.txt files. I tried adding it, but nothing changed.
