Describe the bug

https://arch-r.io/docs/gpu-driver/#switch-driver says that you can switch GPU drivers between mesa and libmali. However, the option is missing.

How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'EmulationStation → System Settings' -> no Graphics or GPU driver options
