Convert several backup container files to standard coroutines

This PR uses the same actor rewrite tool as other PRs to convert BackupContainer.actor.cpp to standard coroutines. There are some expensive copies out of coroutine results in this PR that will be addressed with AsyncResult in the future, but those code paths are not highly performance sensitive.

Haven't looked closely but in case there is possible overlap of source files, next week I am planning to take a stab at deleting the feature referenced in #12107 (now closed and probably based on a very old main). That feature is unused and is still slated for removal and I'd like to just get rid of it straight away.
