Feat: add support for newer quartz versions

This pull request adds support for Quartz.NET 4.2.0 and 4.3.0 features to the Entity Framework Core migrations for MySQL and PostgreSQL, while maintaining compatibility with earlier versions. It introduces new schema entities and columns to support execution and misfire history, continuation triggers, overlap policies, progress tracking, and enhanced pause metadata. The documentation and test matrix are updated to reflect these changes.

Database schema updates for Quartz 4.2/4.3 support:

• Added QuartzExecutionHistoryEntityTypeConfiguration and QuartzMisfireHistoryEntityTypeConfiguration for both MySQL and PostgreSQL, including all relevant columns, indexes, and support for retry and log metadata. • Updated the README.md to document support for Quartz 4.2.0 and 4.3.0, describe new schema features, and provide migration and testing instructions.
• Expanded the CI test matrix to include Quartz 4.2.0 and 4.3.0. (.github/workflows/tests.yaml)
