Description

In Traffic Portal, a user should be able to specify a topology for a delivery service.

Acceptance Criteria

• on delivery service create/update, zero or one topology can be assigned to non-steering delivery services (i.e. DNS, HTTP and ANY_MAP)
• if DSRs (delivery service requests) are enabled, assignment (or removal) of a topology from a DS is captured in a DSR.
