Incorporate new logical type parameters into schema language

The new logical types API introduces new type parameters for time logical type (isAdjustedToUTC, unit), int type (bitWidth, isSigned) and timestamp type (isAdjustedToUTC, unit).

The schema language doesn't support these type parameters yet.
