What changes were proposed in this pull request?
OZONE_OPTSapplies to allozonecommandsozone omandozone sh) has its ownOZONE_<component>_OPTSCurrently setting options only for server processes needs to be done via (2). Non-server commands also accept additional options via
OZONE_CLIENT_OPTS. This change introduces a similar new variableOZONE_SERVER_OPTSthat will be applied to all server processes, but not to other commands.https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-13325
