Summary

Seam 3 of #1053 - message chrome and spacing.

  • User turns: a dim > quote prefix per line, no User speaker label, no indent.
  • Assistant turns: bare markdown prose, no maka speaker label, no indent.
  • Spacing: consecutive thinking/tool entries (the agent-work stack) have no blank line between them; human-facing boundaries (user/assistant/notice) and stack edges keep a blank gap.

Removes the now-unused renderTextBlock helper (speaker labels were its only consumer).

Verification

  • npm test --workspace maka-agent - 366 tests pass.
  • Rewrote the two speaker-label tests to assert the new shape (assistant bare text; user > prefix, no User label).

Refs #1053.

…pacing

Seam 3 of #1053. Drops the `User` / `maka` speaker labels:
- User turns render as a dim `>` quote prefix per line (no label, no indent).
- Assistant turns render as bare markdown prose (no label, no indent).
- Spacing: consecutive thinking/tool entries (the agent-work stack) have no
blank line between them; human-facing boundaries (user/assistant/notice)
and stack edges keep a blank gap.

Removes the now-unused renderTextBlock helper. 366 tests pass.

Refs #1053.
