Welcome guide: pairing family #1661
Description
Part of #1654.
Add setup_preflight/guides/pairing.md and sections/welcome-pairing.md, following the security guide (#1653).
Skills in the family: multi-agent-review, self-review.
The typical flow to show, with one plain-language request per step:
self-review before pushing → multi-agent review of a diff
Configuration to mention first: the adversarial reviewers in adversarial-review.md.
Also: one preflight-floor eval case for this family's first run, and a link from docs/pairing/README.md.

Hi @potiuk, I'd be interested in contributing to #1661.
I'll follow the implementation pattern from #1653, add the pairing guide covering self-review and multi-agent-review, and include the onboarding rules, evaluation fixture, and documentation link.
I'll also check the existing skill definitions to ensure the guide accurately describes their behavior.

Hi @potiuk,
I've completed the Pairing family welcome guide (#1661) and raised a PR for review.
I followed the merged implementation in #1669 and included the required documentation, first-run evaluation fixture, and regression coverage. All repository-wide checks are passing locally.
