Annotation.scalacontains 3 annotations: 2 of them (nonthreadsafeandimmutable) are unused in the codebase, whilethreadsafeis used only once (inLogManager).In this case, maintaining a separate annotation file seems redundant — it would suffice to mention it in the javadoc.
