I'm not in favor of listing third-party catalogs (and other integrations) under Java docs since they are not bound to iceberg-java versions and they might not be in Java, e.g. LakeKeeper.

How do you mean, Java docs? Aren't these the docs for the Iceberg project as a whole? Apologies if I'm missing a nuance here :)

This looks good to me. @manuzhang I am not sure I understand your comment about java/javadocs? It looks like @rmoff is just listing all the catalogs w/ catalogs maintained in iceberg projets ordered before external ones.
@rmoff maybe a quick screenshot would help?

OK, I see the issue now; #13618 was merged which splits out

The versioned doc was originally built around iceberg-java while the iceberg ecosystem has outgrown it, so I think items unrelated to iceberg-java need to be moved out. |
