Motivation
The WeChat sink had no page under design-document/03-connect. WeCom, DingTalk, Lark, and Slack already do.
Modifications
Added English and Chinese pages for eventmesh-connector-wechat: sink-config (appId/appSecret), template-message JSON body, token cache, and the Official Account API links. This is the public-account API, not WeCom.
