[Bug][Config UI] Unable to identify which connection it belongs to

What happened

When there are multiple connections with different plugins with the same name, it is not known which plugin they belong to.

What do you expect to happen

Show the plugin's badge.

How to reproduce

1. Create a Project.
2. Create multiple connections with different plug-ins with the same name.
3. Associate these connections with this project.
