PR #365 adds the db-benchmark scripts from the arrow-datafusion repo.
We now need to get these benchmarks working again and update them to use the current code in this repo rather than cloning an old rev and also should make them compatible with the new version of db-benchmark hosted by DuckDB at https://github.com/duckdblabs/db-benchmark
