Using the description "TaskFlow function" to be consistent with the description in the Concepts: TaskFlow doc. Let me know if there is a more succinct description we could use.

The PR is likely ready to be merged. No tests are needed as no important environment files, nor python files were modified by it. Adding more color and information about the
.outputproperty of operators in the TaskFlow tutorial doc. There are also small changes to keep spelling and descriptions consistent.^ Add meaningful description above
