…nomalyco#36227) Upstream's refactor changed SessionComposerRegion signature from props.state to props.controller + props.promptInput. Kept the controller pattern (needed by pages/session.tsx callers) and re-added the Quick Reply Dock component that relied on the old inline layout, using a DOM-based onSend that works regardless of the prompt input architecture.

This change extracts prompt state management from the prompt context into a dedicated module and introduces model selection logic for the session composer.
