TUI text selection includes adjacent context pane

Description

When selecting text from a prompt or assistant response in the TUI, the selection can extend across the full terminal row and include text from the right-side Context pane.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the TUI with the Context pane visible.
2. Select part of a prompt or response with the mouse.
3. Copy the selection.

Expected:
Only text from the selected conversation area is copied.

Actual:
Text from adjacent UI panes can be included in the copied selection.
