Bug: Ctrl+P session switcher does not filter sessions when typing search query.
Description:
When pressing Ctrl+P to open the session switcher, typing a session name (e.g. "trichanh") into the search field does not filter the session list. No results are shown even though sessions exist.
Steps to reproduce:
- Open OpenCode (GUI)
- Press Ctrl+P
- Type any session name into the search field
- Session list does not filter — still shows all sessions
Additional info:
- CLI opencode session list displays the full session list correctly
- SQLite database (opencode.db) has sessions with proper titles
- Windows 11
