Ctrl+P session switcher does not filter sessions when typing

Bug: Ctrl+P session switcher does not filter sessions when typing search query.

Description:
When pressing Ctrl+P to open the session switcher, typing a session name (e.g. "trichanh") into the search field does not filter the session list. No results are shown even though sessions exist.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open OpenCode (GUI)
2. Press Ctrl+P
3. Type any session name into the search field
4. Session list does not filter — still shows all sessions

Additional info:

• CLI opencode session list displays the full session list correctly
• SQLite database (opencode.db) has sessions with proper titles
• Windows 11

Same issue but on Linux, v1.17.7 which includes the PR #31748 fix. Installed from install script.
