Desktop App Model description too slow

Description

In Desktop app in the model selector within the session when you hover over models the ToolTip is too slow to show. See screenshots below.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new session
2. Click on the model selector
3. Hover over a model then hover over the other models
4. Observe latency of around 2 seconds
