Desktop app: Project icon not saved after clicking Save in Edit Project dialog

Describe the bug
When editing a project in the desktop app, uploading an icon works correctly (the image appears in the icon field). However, after clicking "Save", the icon does not persist - it reverts back to the default letter. The name and other settings are saved correctly. Only the icon is lost.

To reproduce

1. Open the desktop app
2. Right-click a project and select "Edit Project"
3. Upload a custom icon (128x128 PNG) - the image appears in the icon field
4. Click "Save"
5. The icon reverts to the default letter instead of the uploaded image

Expected behavior
The uploaded icon should be saved and displayed after clicking Save.
