ACP Agent in Zed doesn't show the commands

Description

When I run Opencode ACP Agent in Zed Editor and there's a bash command, nothing is shown

You can click on it, expand, copy, try anything, nothing is shown, you're literally blind to wahtever it is doing.

OpenCode version

1.15.11

Steps to reproduce

1. Just use the agent and ask anything that requires the terminal
2. "bash" is all that's used while it is executing, once it finishes it gives that a title but nothing else is shown.
