Project profile image not displayed after upload

Description

In the OpenCode Desktop App, when trying to set a profile image for a project, the image is accepted (no error) but not displayed after saving.

Expected behavior:
The uploaded image should be displayed as the project's profile picture.

Actual behavior:
No image is shown after saving. The file seems to be accepted without error, but the UI still shows the default placeholder.

Additional context:

• Image was manually resized to 128×128 (PNG and JPG)
• Restarting the app did not fix it
• Clearing ~/.config/ai.opencode.desktop/Cache did not help
• Original image dimensions were 290×290

Steps to reproduce

1. Open OpenCode Desktop App
2. Go to project settings
3. Click on profile image area
4. Select a 128×128 PNG image (also tried JPG)
5. Click save
6. The image does not appear — placeholder remains

I have the same problem on Linux Mint 22 (Cinnamon 6.4.8)
