Description
Tips longer than 69 visible characters get cut off at the end.
Five tips currently exceed 69 chars. On a wide terminal the bug only shows when one of those is randomly selected, so it's intermittent.
Previously reported as #11154. Reopening because the bug is still present on dev.

Steps to reproduce
- Make sure your connected to a provider and Tips are enabled in your config
- in
tui/feature-plugins/home/tips-view.tsx L37 Replace randomTip with "This is a {highlight}long tip{/highlight}! This tip is way to long to render on a 75 wide parent"
- Launch the TUI
