[FEATURE]: Show a green indicator on project icons when a session is active

Describe the enhancement you want to request

I would like a visual status indicator for the project icons in the top-left area.

When a project currently has an active session running, its icon should display a small green light or glow. This would make it much easier to understand at a glance which project is currently active without having to open each one.

Suggested behavior:

• Show a green indicator on the project icon when there is an active session
• Remove the indicator when the session ends
• Keep the indicator subtle but clearly visible

Why this would help:

• Faster visual recognition of active projects
• Better session awareness when working with multiple projects
• Less confusion when switching between projects

This would be a small UI improvement, but very useful for usability and workflow.

This request is specifically about showing a green indicator on the project icons in the top-left area when a session is currently active. I understand this may overlap with #12077, but I wanted to describe this exact UI case more clearly.

Retracting previous comment - this issue is NOT superseded by #24404. These are different features: #23549 requests green indicator on PROJECT ICONS specifically, while #24404 addresses general task state colors. Different UI element.
