Description

opencode should retry rather than abort session for below error:

AI_TypeValidationError: Type validation failed: Value: {"text":"[DONE]","error":{"error_msg":"Too many requests, the rate limit is 8000000 tokens per minute.","error_code":"InferHub.ModelArts.81101.429"},"error_code":"InferHub.ModelArts.81101.429","error_msg":"Too many requests, the rate limit is 8000000 tokens per minute."}.

This issue might be a duplicate of existing issues. Please check:

• Claude/Anthropic 500/502/503/504 server errors are not retried #21420: Very similar — also about retrying errors that currently abort the session, specifically targeting the same retry/error classification logic in the provider error handler. The fix there may also address or overlap with this 429 case.
• GLM5 - Running into Too Many Requests - Error 1302 #14535: Reports 429 (Too Many Requests) behavior with GLM model where retries do occur but session handling is inconsistent.
