[FEATURE]: Improve busy indicator visibility across projects

Describe the enhancement you want to request

Currently there is no when to know which projects are busy, specially when you have sidebar closed, or working on different projects...

Would be great to have some kind of busy indicator, animation, or visual effect.

Retracting previous comment - this issue may not be superseded by #24404. #15509 requests improved busy indicator VISIBILITY across projects, while #24404 is about color convention for task states. Related but different - #24404 could help but doesn't fully address this request.
