Choice option descriptions on desktop app are truncated with no way to view full text

Description

When the agent presents a multi-choice question prompt ("Select one answer"), the description text for each option is truncated with ... after a single line. There is no way to read the full content - no hover tooltip, no text wrapping, no expand/collapse.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the OpenCode macOS desktop app
2. Start a conversation that triggers the agent to ask a multi-choice question with detailed option descriptions
3. See that the description text for each options is truncated with ...
4. Attempt to hover, click, right-click or interact with the option - no way to view the full text
